Estate Planning: Drafting estate planning documents including wills, trusts, directives to physicians ("living wills") and medical and financial powers of attorney. We can also assist you with coordinating beneficiary designations with your estate plan.

Probate and Estate Administration: Filing the appropriate court documents and attending court hearings to probate a will or to have heirs declared in an intestate estate proceeding. We advise executors and administrators throughout the probate process and assist with fiduciary duties such as titling property and handling creditor claims.

Elder Law and Disability Planning: Planning for nursing home care, long-term care, and Medicaid eligibility, including Miller Trusts, Ladybird deeds and special needs trusts.

Guardianships: Establishing guardianships for minors and for disabled adults who are not able to handle their financial affairs and who are not able to make their own medical decisions.

Estate Tax Planning: Implementing techniques to minimize or eliminate estate taxes. We prepare federal estate tax returns and gift tax returns.
